This is the last full moon of fall before winter’s cold rolls in.
Perfect moment to ask:
“Am I tending my own flame, or only everyone else’s?”
As leaders, we handle crises, calm storms, carry teams.
But if we don’t fuel our fire, burnout creeps in quietly — and the joy leaks out.
Under this bright, bossy moon, gently notice:
Where am I overworking and under-joying?
What old story still drains my energy?
How often am I leading from fear of the future?
Joy isn’t a bonus prize. It’s leadership fuel.
Keep it simple. No perfection. Just presence.
1. Go outside & greet the moon. 🌕
Look up. Let it feel a little magical.
Whisper:
“Tonight, I choose to see my own light.”
2. Name what’s dimming your fire.
Pick one thing: a habit, belief, or pattern that’s draining you.
Say or write:
“This has been burning me out…”
3. Release one layer.
You’re not fixing your whole life t...
Act 1 — Thee First Step of Enlightenment: Activate thee Body
from You Are God and So Is Everything Else
If you want a clear mind and steady heart, start with daily rituals that bring you back into your body. Act 1 is practical enlightenment: activate the body to regulate the mind.
Nighttime Unwind (land the plane)
Power down screens 60–90 minutes before bed for nervous system regulation.
Warm bath or shower, slow breathing, dim lights.
Turn inward: journaling, gentle stretching, a few pages of reading.
This holistic wellness routine signals safety, helps overcome burnout, and deepens self-love.
Morning Routine (light thee fire)
Cold shower to reset focus and energy.
3–5 minutes of breath work to prime attention.
Move your body (walk, mobility, or quick strength circuit).
Water + one clear intention: start aligned, stay aligned.
When you learn to love yourself, you keep promises to your body first. These simple rhythms create real-worl...
I like to think of this time of year as a soft doorway. We’re between thee autumn equinox and thee winter solstice—nature is settling, listening, gathering its strength. Taoism calls us toward wu wei, effortless action. Shamanism invites us to listen to thee land and feel thee unseen forces at work. Together, they say: “Move with what is already moving...”
Picture an eagle letting thee wind flow beneath it's wings with Grace. A surfer who paddles—and then surrenders to thee wave with Joy, Pleasure and Presence... A bee in a field, fully immersed with thee nectar. That’s thee flow state: calm aliveness, precise without strain. This is practical spirituality—sacred love taking shape in real life.
Across cultures this season is known as Samhain (SAH-win), Halloween, and DĂa de los Muertos. Thee old teaching: thee veil is thin. We ALL Belong to a Lineage, a Path and Have PURPOSE.
Family,
When I was a teenager playing sports, I thought I was “healthy” because I was drinking Jamba Juice smoothies with rainbow sherbet. That was my first taste of what I thought was wellness.
But something inside me kept seeking. As I got older, I started buying organic food, health food vitamins, and slowly learning that health wasn’t just about calories—it was about energy, vibration, and alignment.
In my 20s, I found breathwork, juice fasting, and began to align my life with the cycles of the moon, the seasons, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, yoga, and Native American shamanic practices. Each tradition showed me a deeper truth: that we can heal ourselves from the inside.

Why did I choose this path? Because I was seeking God. Seeking love. Seeking truth.
I had been fed a story by the church that told me I was separate from God, undeserving of the Father’s love. I was conditioned by governments, media, and corporations to believe I was inadequate—that I should compete, compare, ...
As the skies align this September, we are gifted with a rare trinity: the solar eclipse, the autumn equinox, and the new moon—all woven together as summer’s fire hands the torch to autumn’s metal. In Chinese philosophy, this moment of transition between seasons is the Earth Element—a time to center, stabilize, and prepare for what’s ahead.
This shift is more than seasonal. It’s personal. It’s cosmic clarity. It’s life whispering:
Stop making excuses. Stop wasting your energy on what’s mediocre.
Start devoting your precious life force to what is remarkable, exceptional, impeccable.

Executives, leaders, creatives, healers, parents—too many of us run on fumes. Anxiety, depression, sadness, or loneliness creep in, and we label them as blocks. But what if these feelings were fuel? What if burnout was not an end, but a doorway into bliss?
This is the season to:
Get grounded in your dharma. Re-commit to your soul’s calling.
Take inspired action. St

In a world that glorifies hustle, productivity, and outcomes, we often forget one of life’s simplest truths: balance isn’t about doing more — it’s about being more present.
So many of us push ourselves past the limits of what’s appropriate for our energy. We burn out at work, give more than we receive, and feel underpaid, undervalued, and under appreciated. The nervous system can only hold so much before it cracks — and when it does, it shows up in our health, our relationships, and our sense of self-worth.
But there’s another way.
Balance means taking aligned action without striving. It’s showing up fully without being consumed by attachment to results. Much like intimacy with a partner doesn’t always need to be focused on penetration or climax, our relationship with life doesn’t need to hinge on chasing the “big finish.” True connection — whether in love, work, or purpose — comes when we release the grip of outcome ...
Life has a way of putting us under fire. Challenges, setbacks, and obstacles often feel like too much—like the universe is testing us beyond our limits. But here’s the truth: everything is happening for you, not to you.
Just as a piece of coal becomes a diamond only under the right combination of tension, pressure, stress, friction, and heat, your challenges are shaping you into the masterpiece you already are. This moment—even if it feels heavy—is preparing you for who you are meant to become.
When you reframe adversity as opportunity, you reclaim your power. Instead of asking, Why is this happening to me?, you can ask, How is this happening for me?
Leaders, executives, entrepreneurs—and yes, moms, artists, and healers—know the weight of responsibility. Burnout creeps in when we forget that even pressure can be sacred. The invitation is to trust the process: the universe is chiseling you into the gem you’re destined to be.
I used to think “detox” meant ordering a green juice after a weekend of questionable decisions.
Spoiler: it wasn’t working.
Back then, I was addicted to the hustle — running on coffee, numbing stress with wine, ignoring my body until it screamed at me. I looked fine on the outside, but inside?
Bloated. Inflamed. Foggy. And honestly… sad.
I thought my problem was life. Turns out, it was also my liver.
When I finally learned how to flush my liver, clean out my intestines, and give my organs the love they deserve, my life changed. Not just physically — emotionally, spiritually, and even financially.
I went from carrying around emotional baggage (and about 15 pounds of literal crap) to feeling light, energized, and genuinely happy again.
Here’s a gross truth no one likes to talk about:
The average person has 5 to 25 pounds of old fecal matter stuck in their intestines.
It’s like walking around with a backpack of garbage strapped to your...
After nearly six months living in Mexico, I came home carrying more than a few souvenirs.
I came back bloated, inflamed, anxious, and honestly… a bit pissed off at everything and nothing.
Old trauma came bubbling up. Family triggers activated.
I returned not just to my roots — but to the very soil where some of my deepest wounds were buried.
For the first time in years, I paused my spiritual work.
I unplugged from the high vibes and re-entered the 3D matrix — back to body, biology, and the basics.
And in that pause, I realized something quietly terrifying:
I was suffering. And I couldn’t pretend I wasn’t anymore.
Something had to change.
Or I was going to lose myself — completely.
