  • Warm bath or shower, slow breathing, dim lights.

  • Turn inward: journaling, gentle stretching, a few pages of reading.

  • This holistic wellness routine signals safety, helps overcome burnout, and deepens self-love.

Morning Routine (light thee fire)

  • Cold shower to reset focus and energy.

  • 3–5 minutes of breath work to prime attention.

  • Move your body (walk, mobility, or quick strength circuit).
