Where am I overworking and under-joying?
What old story still drains my energy?
How often am I leading from fear of the future?
Joy isn’t a bonus prize. It’s leadership fuel.
Keep it simple. No perfection. Just presence.
1. Go outside & greet the moon. 🌕
Look up. Let it feel a little magical.
Whisper:
“Tonight, I choose to see my own light.”
2. Name what’s dimming your fire.
Pick one thing: a habit, belief, or pattern that’s draining you.
Say or write:
“This has been burning me out…”
3. Release one layer.
You’re not fixing your whole life tonight. Just loosening a knot.
For example:
“I release the need to prove my worth through overwork.”
Imagine the moonlight lifting a thin layer off your body.
4. Choose one way to feed your flame. 🔥
Ask:
“What would following my bliss look like in a small, real way this month?”
Maybe:
15–20 minutes a day of movement, meditation, or music.
One joyful, non-negotiable calendar block.
One clear “no” to something that drains you.
Seal it:
“This is how I choose to Be Fire this month.”
5. Close with gratitude.
Hand on heart:
“Thank you for another season to live, lead, and love. My joy matters.”
Deep breath. Done.
As fall’s final full moon glows and winter approaches, you get to choose:
Burned out… or burning bright?
