A Summer Solstice Initiation in Brotherhood, Embodiment & Purpose
Lay Down the Weight.
Remember the Man You Came Here to Be.
Four days in the Riviera Maya to return to yourself — your body, your brotherhood, your God, and the life waiting for you.
Brother,
I created this retreat because I know how easy it is to carry more than we allow anyone to see.
I've watched strong, devoted men quietly disappear beneath the weight of it all — filling the space with work, noise, forward motion — until one day they can't remember the last time they felt genuinely alive.
Maybe life looks full from the outside. And something still feels distant.
Men's Reset exists for that gap.
Each year near the Summer Solstice, a small group of men gathers in the Riviera Maya for four days — not to escape their lives, but to return to themselves. To lay down what they no longer need to carry. To be witnessed without performance. To remember, in the company of other men, what they came here for.
If you're reading this, we've likely crossed paths. This isn't a cold offer — it's a personal invitation to go deeper.
Come not because you are broken. Come because something within you is ready to be heard.
I'll be there with you.
Something Has Been Asking for Your Attention
Life looks full — the calendar, the responsibilities. And yet something inside feels distant, like you're watching your own life from slightly behind yourself.
The body has been holding more than it's letting go. Tension you ignore. Breath you keep shallow. A tiredness that sleep doesn't reach.
Built on Four Foundations
Every element — from opening circle to closing beach gathering — is woven through these four threads.
Brotherhood
Real connection between men willing to be honest — not about achievements, but about being human. Brotherhood that holds you, challenges you and reminds you that you are not alone.
Embodiment
Returning to the body as the ground of transformation. Through movement, breathwork, ceremony and nature, we remember that the answers aren't in our heads — they're in our breath and bones.
Restoration
Deep, unapologetic rest. Tropical water. Jungle air. Time without agenda. Many men arrive having not truly stopped in years. This retreat creates room to simply be.
Purpose
Listening for what your soul has been asking. Through reflection, circle and workshop, we explore the dreams, desires and practices that bring a man's life into alignment with what matters most.
You Are Not Coming Because You Are Broken.
You are coming because something within you is ready to be heard.
You may leave with:
This retreat is not medical treatment, psychotherapy or addiction treatment. Experiences vary. It is designed to support personal reflection and growth — not to diagnose, treat or cure any health condition.

Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya
The Riviera Maya slows a man down in exactly the right way. Warm Caribbean air, deep jungle green, the sound of water — it conspires with the work to dissolve what doesn't need to be there anymore.
We gather at Lagunas de Ciudad Mayakoba — a peaceful resort-style setting surrounded by tropical greenery and lagoon waterways, with spaces for movement, reflection, ceremony and unhurried rest. Anticipated amenities include pools, lagoon kayaking, a gym, yoga spaces, jacuzzis and jungle pathways. The Caribbean coastline is minutes away.
Venue amenities listed are anticipated based on the property. Final confirmed inclusions will be updated prior to publication.

Your Well-Being Is Central to Everything We Do
Some elements of this retreat include optional ceremonial experiences. The following information is provided so that you can make an informed decision about participation. Please read it fully.
Participation is always optional. Substance-free attendance is fully welcome and complete. No participant is ever pressured to engage with any optional element.
Screening is required for optional ceremonial experiences. Not everyone is a suitable candidate. Advance medical and psychological screening may be required. Some medications, health conditions and psychiatric histories may make participation inappropriate or inadvisable.
- Participants must disclose all relevant medications and health information honestly and fully.
- Do not discontinue any medication without guidance from your prescribing professional.
- Payment does not guarantee eligibility for optional ceremonial elements.
- Facilitators reserve the right to determine eligibility at any time.
This retreat is not medical or clinical treatment. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatry, addiction treatment or emergency mental-health care. If you are in active crisis or require clinical stabilization, please seek appropriate professional support first.
Legal context. The organizer is responsible for ensuring that all activities comply with applicable local laws and regulations. The presence of any ceremonial substance at this event does not imply universal legality or absence of risk. Participants are responsible for understanding their own legal standing. Legal review of all substance-related language by a qualified professional is required before this page is published.
Emergency planning. Emergency procedures, facilitator qualifications, liability coverage, insurance, and referral protocols must be confirmed and documented by the organizer before this retreat takes place. This page does not confirm those arrangements.
If you have specific health questions or concerns, please contact us directly before applying. We are here to support an honest conversation.
What Men Often Ask
Is this only for men who have worked with the facilitator before?
No. While many participants have an existing relationship with {{FACILITATOR_NAME}}, new men are welcome — provided there is a genuine fit. The application process gives both of you a chance to explore that. If you're uncertain, reach out directly before applying.
Do I need previous retreat experience?
No. Many men attend their first retreat here. What's required is not experience — it's a genuine willingness to show up honestly. Curiosity, openness and a desire to participate with integrity are the foundation.
Is participation in every activity required?
No. Consent and personal agency are foundational to this container. You are always free to rest, step back, or engage in the way that serves you. The facilitator and group will never pressure you to participate in any element.
Can I attend without participating in ceremonial substances?
Absolutely. Substance-free participation is fully welcome, complete and equally respected. Many men attend without engaging with any optional ceremonial elements and find the experience deeply meaningful. The core of the retreat — brotherhood, embodiment, ceremony and reflection — does not depend on those elements.
What screening is required?
All participants complete a pre-retreat application and a preparation call with the facilitator. For optional ceremonial experiences, additional health and psychological screening is required. The specific protocol will be shared after your application is received.
Please disclose all relevant medications and health history honestly. This protects you.
What is included in the price?
Please see the Inclusions section of this page for a full breakdown. The confirmed list will be finalized and updated before the page is published. If you have specific questions about what is covered, contact us directly.
Are flights included?
No. Flights are not included. The nearest international airport is Cancún International (CUN), approximately 50–70 minutes from Playa del Carmen. Ground transportation coordination may be available — ask when you apply.
How do I reach Playa del Carmen?
Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). From there, Playa del Carmen is accessible by shuttle service (ADO buses run regularly), taxi, or private transfer. The journey is approximately 50–70 minutes depending on traffic. Specific arrival coordination will be communicated with confirmed participants.
What should I bring?
A full packing and preparation guide will be shared with confirmed participants. In general: comfortable movement clothing, swimwear, a journal, an open heart, and nothing you don't need. The environment does the rest. {{PACKING_LIST_DETAILS}}
Can dietary needs be accommodated?
Please indicate any dietary requirements or restrictions in your application. We will do our best to accommodate needs within the context of the retreat setting. {{DIETARY_DETAILS}}
What happens after I apply?
After submitting your application, you will be contacted by {{FACILITATOR_NAME}} or a team member to schedule a brief conversation. This is a chance to answer any questions, ensure the retreat is a good fit, and discuss next steps. Applying does not commit you to attend or to payment.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
{{REFUND_POLICY_DETAILS}}
Full cancellation and refund policy details will be provided before any payment is required and will be included in your participation agreement.
Is this a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?
No. Men's Reset is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, addiction treatment or medical care. It is a personal growth and wellness retreat. If you are currently working with a therapist or doctor, we encourage you to continue that support — and to discuss your attendance with your care provider if you have any relevant health considerations.
If you are in active crisis or require clinical stabilization, please seek appropriate professional care first.

One More Thing
"There are moments when life asks us to keep pushing. And there are moments when it asks us to become still enough to hear what has been trying to reach us."
You don't need to arrive ready.
You only need to be honest about whether something is calling you here.
Come as you are.
